We understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, no problem! Please just be mindful of the information below!

 

 Please give us 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.

 

Don’t worry – you will still receive an email and text confirmation prior to your appointment, as well as, a confirmation call at the 24-hour mark to be sure the appointment time still works for you and there are no conflict’s with your appointment.

 (The confirmation call is the last chance you have to cancel your appointment without a cancellation fee.)

 

We do not make any exceptions to the following policies 

  •  If you cancel the day before, AFTER the 24 hour mark, you will be responsible for 50% of the services you were scheduled for.

    •  SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS AND NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR 100% of the scheduled services. 

  •  For groups of 3 or more, we require 48 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. If canceled and/or missed the day of, we will charge 100% service cost for all treatments.

  •  DOWNGRADE POLICY – If you book for a 90 minute massage ($120) and arrive and wish to change your service to a 60 minute massage ($90), please be aware you are still expected to pay for the 90 Minute massage at ($120).

 PRENATAL APPOINTMENTS – If you’re a prenatal client and have gone into labor or have a medical emergency, a cancellation charge will not be enforced.
