Q | How long have you been a licensed massage therapist?
A | Since february 2018
Q | Why did you choose massage therapy as a career?
A | It sort of chose me. Throughout school and college I competed in powerlifting, during this time I was always aiding myself & teammates in recovery before our next training session or meet. After graduating with a bachelors in kinesiology, I enrolled in massage school.
Q | How do you describe your massage to others?
A | Intuitive. I enjoy working with a purpose, finding areas that need attention & communicating with a client through problem areas. I also enjoy finding solutions that can help them reach their goals in said areas.
Q | How has massage therapy affected your life?
A | Massage therapy has helped me to be even more aware of my body and the way it functions. I am more in tune with my wellbeing, as well as my emotional & mental health. The atmosphere of a massage studio helps keep me grounded in these important aspects of life.
Q | What do you do to keep yourself healthy?
A | Typically I am standing all day long & I do my best to keep my body in motion during that time. I also workout and drink plenty of water every day.
Q | What is your approach to delivering relief to your clients?
