Krystal K. - Founder
Krystal Kincaid always felt she would pursue a career in wellness. As a fitness enthusiast and natural healer, she realized she wanted to help others on their health journey. Krystal sought an education at the specialized Sarasota School of Massage Therapy (SSMT) and graduated with 710 hours of certified training. Post-graduation, she moved her family to sunny Austin, Texas, where she worked downtown at a premier spa for six years and gained the skills, confidence, and training needed to boldly branch out on her own.
In 2010, The Natural Way massage studio was born. Krystal found her purpose in both massage therapy and business and focused on maintaining a work environment in which her employees felt appreciated, while providing a service to her community. Three years later, she doubled in size and The Natural Way evolved into The Massage Studio. The Massage Studio specializes in holistic pain-management, deep tissue recovery massage, and customized bodywork all using natural, locally-sourced products.
Krystal strongly believes in giving to yourself to be able provide for others and enjoys working out in her free time. She is a single mama of two wonderful kids who are her motivation to do her best, serve the community, and live life to the fullest.
Krystal is also certified in Ashiatsu, Neuromuscular Therapy, Plantar Fasciitis, Trigger Point, and Cupping Therapy. She is a NASM and PFTA Certified Personal Trainer, a Licensed Massage Therapist, and holds a National Board Certification for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
Kush P. - Studio Coordinator
Kush is a believer in using massage as a way to strengthen our mind and body connection. His four-year experience working at Massage Envy sparked his curiosity for massage as a form of healing. It was during this time that Kush began attending Lauterstein- Conway Massage School to deepen his understanding of massage therapy and business. Throughout his training, he found his way into The Massage Studio as the latest member of the front desk team, and the rest is history! Over the past three years, he’s grown with The Massage Studio, and continues to find purpose in his role as a team-member and all-around-healer.
In Kush’s downtime, hiking and greenbelt detours with his dog named Peanut take up his schedule. Trips to Twin Falls are a priority within two days of rainfall, and sunny days are set aside for kayaking on Town Lake. When he’s not outdoors with his dog, you can find him enjoying brunch with friends or swimming at Barton Springs.
A natural healer, Kush understands the importance of self-love and boundaries, and carves out time for workouts during the week and massages twice per month. He believes there is nothing wrong with investing in yourself, as we only have one body in our lifetime, and we need to make it last!
